GENERAL COMMERCIAL CLEANING

  • Dust off corners of room up to ceiling edges, ceiling fans, door panels, desk, dressers, pictures, lamp shades, blinds, window sills (within reach)

  • Perform high/low dusting in all accessible areas

  • Remove visible cobwebs

  • Wipe/disinfect light switches, door handles, frames, and doors

  • Dust wall hangings (unless discussed otherwise)

  • Dust all cleared surfaces including desks, file cabinets, and other flat surfaces

  • Spot clean doors

  • Clean/disinfect door knobs, frames, and light switches

  • Clean/disinfect telephones

  • Clean/disinfect water fountains and water coolers.

  • Vacuum all carpeted areas

  • Vacuum or brush sofa and chairs 

  • Vacuum or dust mop floors including stairs

  • Vacuum or dust desk chairs and wipe arms/edges 

  • Empty/reline trash cans and take to dumpster

  • Mop floors including stairs 

BATHROOM CLEANING

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Dust baseboards

  • Clean/disinfect toilets

  • Clean outside cabinets

  • Polish mirror, glass and fixtures

  • Clean/disinfect dispensers 

  • Clean/disinfect door knobs and light switches

  • Spot clean doors

  • Vacuum/sweep and mop the floors 

KITCHEN CLEANING

  • Dust off corners of room up to ceiling edges, ceiling fans, door panels, desk, dressers, pictures, lamp shades, blinds, window sills

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Dust wall hangings as appropriate 

  • Dust baseboards

  • Dust blinds

  • Clean/disinfect sink and polish

  • Clean/disinfect counter tops

  • Clean outside of cabinets

  • Clean/disinfect all table surfaces and chairs

  • Clean/disinfect door handles and light switches

  • Clean small appliances

  • Spot wipe doors

  • Vacuum carpets

  • Empty/reline trash cans

  • Clean small appliances

  • Vacuum/sweep and mop floors

  • Clean inside of microwave
